D-18 Islamabad Overview
D-18 which is commonly known as Engineers Cooperative Housing Society is a well-developed living sector in Islamabad which is surrounded by beautiful Margalla hills near Sandaymar dam. D-17 and D-16 also lie in the neighborhood of the sector. ECHS is a fully registered society and has NOC approval from CDA.
